Shame on those who've yet to jump on the bandwagon that is the Super Lap Battle time attack series (formerly known as Super Street's Time Attack). Big-name Hondas showed up, not exactly in droves but in numbers large enough to wary the competition at HT's sister magazine's track finale early last November. The year's four qualifying events led up to the season-ender at California's own Buttonwillow Raceway Park where heavy hitters like Hasport took second place honors in both Limited FF and Siphon classes and, more notably, nabbed up first in the Unlimited FF class with the company's renowned DC2 Integra. Team A&J Racing secured top spots in the Siphon and Limited FR classes with their Fit and S2000 respectively, with the Fit edging past the Hasport guys by mere tenths of a second. Other mentionables are Evasive Motorsport's black S2000 that made sure third in Street class had their names on it and Factor X's track-bred NSX that handily snatched up the No. 2 spot in Unlimited FR.
