Supercharging The Honda S2000

When last we left our beloved Berlina black project roadster, we had detailed the preparation of the 2.2-liter F-series mill for a Vortech supercharger system. As promised, this time we finish strapping on the centrifugal blower and any attendant hardware.

For the install, we returned to JDM Garage in Anaheim, Calif., only to find that Alex, the mechanic that was working on the S2K before, had vamoosed. Something about traveling to Motegi and seeking enlightenment. Anyway, his replacement, Geronimo "Hiro" Maldonado, is finishing the job.

Once the blower is installed we will be taking the car down to our good friend Bubba at Do-It Dyno in Signal Hill. There, he will conduct a tuning session using an AEM Engine Management System and a set of RC Engineering 750cc fuel injectors.
